So I haven't posted a Journal entry in a while which is because I have been busy with everything BUT art. Life sometimes gets in the way ya know. Still I have done a few things which currently are taking up space in a pile on the floor next to the art table which I may or may not post depending on how lazy I am. I did recently complete  13 pages of pencils for the Comic Artist Guild to be included in their Iconic anthology. If all goes well it should see release sometime this year around November for a con in NYC. I was asked to do inks for the project as well but due to my increasing schedule I simply had to decline. Life and all that.
Sadly I have fallen out of contact with the editor and owner of QEW publishing so currently the Stripped project is in limbo until or unless I hear back from someone on that end. I'd love to finish the project but I simply don't have time if there will not be a monetary reward when its complete or it does not see print.
Lastly I'm considering a brief Manga inspired bit of art culminating in a 10 page story to be contributed to a publication due out around July. Its created by a friend who constantly tries to get me to try more anime influenced art so I thought why not? So far its actually a lot of fun and not quite as time consuming as my normal style which is good given my limitations as far as that is concerned. Just don't be too surprised when I post something that looks a great deal different than anything I ordinarily do.
